As a Massage Therapist, Dana Fleming is focused on helping clients achieve balance on their journey to health and wellness.
Even before I pursued massage therapy as a profession I was generous in giving massages to friend and family. I have always been good at it, and I loved the fact that I could help people feel better, no matter what they were going through in life.
Balance as a part of healing and wellness is very important to me.
In 2018 I moved back to Wisconsin and embarked on a journey of my own to self-development and wellness. For many years I have been certified Pilates instructor. In working with clients, I look at helping people with their bodies and movement. With movement, there can sometimes be tightening of the muscles, soreness or pain. I saw a need for massage as a complement to my clients' wellbeing.
When I finally got my training and license in massage therapy it was the next step in a natural progression toward helping people achieve homeostasis in mind, body and spirit.
I'm excited to be joining the kind and welcoming atmosphere at VIVA Wellness. With clients I'll be able to offer therapeutic massage, body contouring, and more.
