We have some pretty exciting news to share: VIVA Wellness officially owns our building!
Our Brookfield location has been home to VIVA since 2021, and getting to call it ours is a milestone that means so much to our founder, Jennifer Hruz, and everyone who has been part of VIVA’s story.
A Special Place in VIVA’s Story
When we first moved into this building in 2021, we were stepping into an exciting new stage of growth. Since then, the space has grown right along with us. We completed beautiful buildouts in both 2021 and 2024 with the help of Chuck Smith and the staff at Current Electric. Over the years, Chuck has been an important part of VIVA’s journey, and we are incredibly grateful that this chapter came full circle with the opportunity to purchase the building from him.
Signing those papers was about so much more than owning a building. It was a chance to look back at how far VIVA has come and celebrate everything that has happened within these walls.

This milestone would not have been possible without the amazing people who have supported VIVA throughout the years. To our staff, our patients, and everyone who has believed in what we are building, thank you. Every appointment, referral, kind word, and moment of support has played a role in helping VIVA grow into what it is today.
And we are far from finished.
Owning our building gives us even more possibilities for the future, and we already have something new in the works. We can’t share all the details just yet, but here’s one hint:
Another remodel is coming in 2027. 👷🏻♀️
