VIVA Wellness is a rapidly growing medical weight loss + wellness practice dedicated to providing top-notch wellness and rejuvenation services to our valued clients. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Front Desk Team Member Associate to join our family.
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Team Member Associate at VIVA Wellness, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring their experience at our practice is seamless. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Managing incoming calls, texts, emails, and faxes.
  • Assisting clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Providing information about our services and products.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth practice operations.
  • Monitoring internal office chat and handling requests and tasks from providers
  • Reviewing daily schedule and timing to assure appointments are running on time
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed.


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Flexibility to work from 12pm-7pm up to 21-30 hours per week, with availability on flexible days from Monday to Friday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • A genuine passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.


  • Starting pay rate: $17 per hour
  • In addition to the base pay, this role includes commission bonuses on products sold, offering potential for increased earnings based on performance.

Additional Information:

  • VIVA Wellness is open to considering two part-time associates for this position, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking part-time employment.
