Job Description
As a Wellness RN specializing in Weight Care and IV Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care and supporting our clients on their journey towards optimal health and well-being. In this role, you will work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, colon hydrotherapists, and other wellness specialists. Together, we foster an environment of teamwork, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Demonstrate impeccable IV start skills during the interview process by successfully starting 3-5 IVs.
• Provide holistic care encompassing mental wellness support, weight management, and IV therapy.
• Administer IV therapy within our IV vitamin clinic, ensuring client comfort and safety.
• Perform IM vitamin injections and provide routine follow-up visits for established GLP-1/GIP clients.
• Administer weekly compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide injections under established protocols supervised by our Nurse Practitioners.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless client care and adherence to treatment plans.
• Embrace and embody the VIVA Wellness brand, mission, and atmosphere, promoting mental wellness, weight care, and the benefits of IV therapy.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels of vitamins and clinic supplies.
• Comfortably engage in social media activities to promote the clinic and its services.
• Promote and support existing wellness services such as colonics, lymphatic drainage, and infrared sauna, fostering a love for holistic wellness, gut health, mental wellness, and natural detoxifixation methods.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Active BLS-CPR certification.
• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrated expertise in IV therapy, with impeccable IV start skills.
• Previous experience in a boutique wellness or similar non-traditional healthcare setting preferred.
• Passion for mental wellness, weight care, and IV therapy, with a commitment to the VIVA Wellness mission and brand.
• Love for wellness, gut health, mental wellness, and detox methods, with a dedication to promoting and supporting existing wellness services.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable appearing in social media content to promote clinic services.
Hours
• 24-32 hours per week, primarily weekdays (11am-7pm), with occasional Saturday shifts (9am-2pm).
