The Diagnostic Toolkit
GI Map Test
This is an at-home stool test that assesses for pathogens within the GI tract that can be the driving factor of gut and skin diseases. With this test, Annette can pinpoint specific microbial imbalances driving your symptoms, then tailor treatments to restore gut health. Required to see Annette.
Organic Acids Test (OAT)
This at-home urine test reveals yeast/mold markers, bacterial overgrowth, elevated toxin burden, and issues with detox pathways. The OAT offers a big-picture understanding of factors influencing your wellness on a metabolic level. It is used to support specific areas of dysfunction. Required to see Annette.
DUTCH Hormone Urine Test
Used mainly with acne patients, not mandatory for everyone.
Not required.
Mycotoxin Testing
This test identifies mold toxin exposure. I may recommend it if:
- Initial testing shows high fungal markers
- Symptoms point to possible mold exposure
- Chronic conditions like autoimmune disease
Occasional Blood Work
Ordered selectively, not routinely.

Who and How We Don’t Treat
Annette is dedicated to providing the best care to those she can genuinely help. However, there are certain cases she does not handle:
- Urgent/Acute Issues: Such as new onset rectal bleeding or poison ivy rashes.
- General Wellness Seekers: For general wellness concerns, Annette recommends Arianne, our expert in that area.
- Patients Seeing Multiple Providers: Annette generally doesn't treat patients concurrently seeing multiple alternative/holistic providers for the same issue.
