As a boutique medical wellness practice in Brookfield, we serve clients who seek elevated, whole-person care through services like medical weight loss, IV therapy, colonics, ketamine treatment, and more.

We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Team Member to be the welcoming face and organizational heartbeat of our space. If you’re passionate about wellness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people feel their best, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and support clients with warmth, professionalism, and care
Schedule appointments, manage text/call/email leads, and follow up with clients
Process payments and coordinate complex appointment flows across services
Educate clients on our services, supplement offerings, and wellness packages
Handle front office duties, including laundry, inventory tracking, and light cleaning
Problem-solve and troubleshoot client or scheduling issues as they arise
Represent the mission and energy of VIVA Wellness with trust, reliability, and kindness

Who You Are:

A motivated self-starter who’s naturally organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using technology to multitask across scheduling platforms, calls, and messages
Experienced working in an office setting—bonus points for boutique medical, medispa, or wellness environments
Able to keep your cool and think critically in a fast-paced, client-focused atmosphere
Friendly, open-minded, professional, and a true team player
Aligned with our mission to elevate wellness and support personal transformation
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment (medical/spa/wellness preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence using computers, phones, and cloud-based scheduling platforms
Availability to work 28–40 hours/week, including some Saturdays. Evenings required.
