Front Desk Team Member (28–40 hrs/week)

Location: Brookfield, WI
Pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience

As a boutique medical wellness practice in Brookfield, we serve clients who seek elevated, whole-person care through services like medical weight loss, IV therapy, colonics, ketamine treatment, and more.

We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Team Member to be the welcoming face and organizational heartbeat of our space. If you’re passionate about wellness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people feel their best, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and support clients with warmth, professionalism, and care
• Schedule appointments, manage text/call/email leads, and follow up with clients
• Process payments and coordinate complex appointment flows across services
• Educate clients on our services, supplement offerings, and wellness packages
• Handle front office duties, including laundry, inventory tracking, and light cleaning
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot client or scheduling issues as they arise
• Represent the mission and energy of VIVA Wellness with trust, reliability, and kindness

Who You Are:

• A motivated self-starter who’s naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology to multitask across scheduling platforms, calls, and messages
• Experienced working in an office setting—bonus points for boutique medical, medispa, or wellness environments
• Able to keep your cool and think critically in a fast-paced, client-focused atmosphere
• Friendly, open-minded, professional, and a true team player
• Aligned with our mission to elevate wellness and support personal transformation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment (medical/spa/wellness preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using computers, phones, and cloud-based scheduling platforms
• Availability to work 28–40 hours/week, including some Saturdays. Evenings required.
