Wellness Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a motivated, autonomous Registered Nurse who is passionate about wellness, thrives in a high-standard environment, and is excited to expand their clinical skillset across advanced therapies.

Position Overview

The Wellness RN plays a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered care across multiple service lines. This role is ideal for a nurse who is both clinically strong and aligned with a holistic, wellness-focused approach.

You will be trained in:

• IV vitamin therapy 
• Lymphatic drainage techniques
• Colon hydrotherapy

This is a hands-on, patient-facing role requiring both technical skill and a warm, elevated presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions and administer vitamin infusions safely and efficiently
• Deliver lymphatic drainage services (training provided) with attention to technique and results
• Perform colon hydrotherapy treatments (training provided) in a professional, client-centered manner
• Educate clients on services, benefits, and wellness plans
• Monitor client response and ensure safety throughout all treatments
• Support Nurse Practitioners in their roles
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
• Support client retention through relationship-building and exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong IV skills preferred 
• Prior experience in wellness, med spa, or functional medicine preferred
• Comfort with learning new modalities and expanding the scope of practice
• Ability to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment 
• Confident, self-directed clinician with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: $40–$50/hour (based on experience)
