What is Body Contouring with Cavitation?
Body Contouring with Cavitation is an excellent way to help get rid of problem areas of fat and cellulite in the body. When combined with Lymphatic Drainage Treatment, it can promote blood and lymphatic circulation, detox the body, reduce muscle tension, and give you a better overall tone. At your consultation, your Cavitation Specialist will help you determine a treatment plan that would support your body in achieving your health and aesthetic goals.
How Body Contouring with Cavitation Works
VIVA Wellness Cavitation is a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound therapy to empty the contents of fat cells. Here’s how it works: the high pressure on fat cells caused by intense ultrasound waves forces those cells to collapse and their fatty contents to leak out into the spaces between cells. Then, the fatty contents are picked up by the lymphatic system and expelled via the normal functions of the body.
What Areas Can Be Treated?
Each treatment will be 60 minutes and will include cavitation (high frequency ultrasound to empty fat cells, vacuum radio frequency to move them into the lymphatic system for emptying, and cellulite treatment to smooth areas. Treatment packages will be for one area of the body. Example areas include:
- Abdomen/flanks
- Thighs/hips/glutes
- Arms/bra line
What are the Results?
With cavitation, a significant number of fat cells can be collapsed and emptied at once, so the treatment is highly effective and many clients notice results after a single session. After your cavitation session you can see a decrease in fat cells, a more contoured shape, and a reduction in cellulite. Benefits of cavitation over other, more invasive procedures, are that there is no downtime and it's safe because it only targets fat tissue. A series of treatments is recommended for best results!
Radiofrequency Toning & Cellulite Reduction Therapy Add On
You can also add radiofrequency Toning and Cellulite Reduction to your Cavitation session. The benefits are a reduction of cellulite, improved circulation, improved skin tone, and overall firmer skin. If you choose this add on service add 30 minutes to your appointment (90 minutes total).
