We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Wellness Clinic Support Specialist who takes genuine pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

This is a hands-on, non-clinical position focused on treatment room preparation, cleanliness, organization, and supporting the daily operations of our busy medical wellness clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Treatment Room Preparation & Turnover: Clean, sanitize, organize, and reset treatment rooms between appointments, ensuring each space is thoroughly prepared for the next client.
• Clinic Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout treatment rooms, common areas, and client spaces.
• Laundry & Linen Management: Manage daily laundry, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and restocking linens and towels.
• Provider Support: Work collaboratively with nurses and providers, anticipating operational needs, responding to requests, and helping maintain an efficient daily workflow.
• Supply Organization: Monitor, organize, and replenish treatment room supplies and other clinic essentials.
• Client Hospitality: Prepare teas, beverages, and other thoughtful touches that enhance the client experience.
• Daily Clinic Support: Help maintain an efficient, organized environment that allows our clinical team to focus on providing exceptional care.

• Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in a job done thoroughly.
• Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Maintains excellent situational awareness, recognizing what needs attention and adjusting priorities as the clinic's needs change.
• Is proactive, self-directed, and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision.
• Works efficiently and maintains high standards in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Is dependable, punctual, and consistent in their work.
• Enjoys staying active and performing hands-on tasks throughout the day.
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintains a positive, professional attitude and respects client privacy.

Previous experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, spa operations, or healthcare facility support is preferred but not required.

Location: VIVA Wellness — Brookfield, WI
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
