Your consultation will involve discussing your health history, goals, and determining the best course of action for your weight loss journey. Our approach is never one-size-fits-all. We tailor our programs to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Weekly or Monthly Follow-Up

Will I need to diet or exercise?

Also, at the start of every program, you will need to have a full exam. This exam costs $275 and is necessary to get a full picture of your health history and goals to make sure we create the right program for you.
What is the cancelation policy?
Once you’ve booked an appointment with us, we’ve set aside that time just for you. To ensure fairness to all our clients, please be considerate and promptly let us know if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.
48-hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule any appointment, we now require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failing to do so will result in a full charge for the appointment.
Flexibility for Changes: If you provide us with more than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll be happy to accommodate any changes to your appointment time.
Service Provider Scheduling: While we’ll make every effort to book your appointment with your preferred service provider, please note that packages purchased are for use at VIVA Wellness and not specifically tied to an individual provider.
Provider Changes: Should your preferred service provider leave VIVA Wellness, any remaining packages or sessions will be scheduled with another provider on our team. Refunds will not be issued.
Failure to adhere to our policy will result in a full charge for the service if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll be charged the full fee. Please remember that all services are non-transferable.
What happens if I’m ineligible for Mourjaro® or Ozempic®?
Thankfully, VIVA Wellness offers personalized alternatives to brand-named semaglutide and tirzepatide. We offer compounded versions for individuals who are not eligible for the standard medications. Our professional healthcare team at VIVA Wellness understands the importance of sourcing reliable medications.
Through our partnership with a trusted compounding pharmacy, we can create custom-made dosages tailored to your specific needs. Compounded medications provide precise control over your injections, ensuring you receive the right amount of medication.
If you are not a candidate for GLP-1 medications for other reasons, we have options for you, too. How much does a GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss Protocol Cost?
VIVA Wellness is dedicated to honest, transparent pricing for all of our services. Your exact cost will depend on which schedule you choose (weekly or monthly) and what add-on services you utilize. Purchasing more sessions will give you a better value.
Monthly protocols cost $450/month and weekly protocols are $650/month. Your first month will include your initial exam which is $275 in addition to your monthly membership charge. Your NP will discuss your exact pricing during your consultation.
