Better Belly Drip
This IV drip is a blend of amino acids, antioxidants, and nutrients formulated with gut health in mind. Some clients choose it alongside other services such as colonics or lymphatic drainage treatments. It includes:

- L-Glutamine. An amino acid used by the cells that line the intestine.

Prolon
Especially before, during, or after periods of slightly erratic eating and straying from healthy habits, some people like the structure of a short, planned fasting program. We talk about the role of fasting here, and what we love about this type of fasting is that you can still eat!
The ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet was developed based on research at the University of Southern California (USC) Longevity Institute. The diet includes a blend of different soups, bars, and snacks that have a specific caloric, fiber, and vitamin/mineral content designed to mimic some effects of fasting while still allowing you to eat.
- Short program: each cycle lasts 5 days.
- Convenience: all of the food for the entire 5 days is included along with vitamin supplements.
- Studied: In a published trial of 100 generally healthy adults, three monthly 5-day cycles reduced body weight, body fat, and blood pressure compared with a normal diet. The researchers noted that larger studies are still needed.
